Lost or stolen mobile device
If you lost your mobile device, or it's been stolen, you can remove the app from that device.
You can either:
- Log in to your account and remove it yourself (if you have another way to log in)
- Go to any Service BC location and they can remove it for you
Remember that only someone who can unlock your mobile device can use the app.
