Where to access information

The only information available in the BC Services Card app is some basic information about yourself. Such as your name, birthdate and address.

To access other information, you need to go the service that provides it. You use the BC Services Card app to log in to that service. What you do after you log in to that service, is not saved in the app.

For example, in the BC Services Card app:

  • There is no health information
    • Go to Health Gateway to view your B.C. health records, including lab test results, medications, health visits, immunizations and more
  • You cannot book an appointment for a flu shot or COVID-19 booster
